Live Duel blackjack is not what is usually understood by a live casino. No polite dealers in vests and studio lighting. Here, celebrities are seated at the table, everything is streamed without editing, and half of what happens has nothing to do with cards.
It was these broadcasts that brought the platform into the mainstream – and they also brought it the most serious reputational problems. We'll analyze both.
Mike Tyson at the table
On June 14–15, 2026, the undisputed heavyweight champion dealt cards at an online casino. Not a commercial, not a staged insert – Tyson sat at the table as a dealer, dealt hands, talked to players, and hosted the broadcast.
The story became even funnier because of the announcement. The platform warmed up the audience with a cameo by Curtis Jackson, known as 50 Cent. Instead, Tyson walked into the frame. The clip instantly went viral, and it was this that brought Duel out of the crypto-Twitter niche into the general information field.
A separate point that deserves a separate paragraph: Tyson bet ten thousand dollars at his own table and lost it. Everything, down to the last cent, live on air.
By the way, the rules of the table can be read on the felt, and this is the only part of the frame that should be examined carefully: "Blackjack pays 3 to 2", "Dealer must stand on 17 and must draw to 16", "Insurance pays 2 to 1". Three to two for blackjack – something that land-based casinos have long cut to six to five, taking away about 1.4% of the payout from the player.
Fake Andrew Tate
On April 23, 2026, a post appeared on X: in two hours, Andrew Tate would be dealing at the Duel table. Two hours later, a person resembling Tate indeed appeared at the table. He dealt a hand, then started singing, dancing, and at some point lay down on the felt.
It wasn't Tate. It was Bottom G – a well-known parodist. Ossi Ketola, the owner of the platform, later stated that the streaming agency had deceived them and sent a double.
In May, Ketola himself sat at the table as a dealer.
Where everything went wrong
Next comes the part that is usually omitted in reviews, and it shouldn't be.
In the spring of 2026, clips from these same broadcasts started appearing on X, where casino employees insulted players and openly laughed at them. Then it got worse: new videos featured racist jokes, insults, and a gesture commonly associated with Nazism. Specialized publications wrote about this – Tribuna and Casinos in Canada analyzed the material in detail.
The platform did not abandon the format after the first wave, but continued in the same vein, and this fundamentally changes the assessment. One thing is a single outburst by an employee that the company stopped. Another is an editorial policy in which scandal works as an engine for reach.
Here it should be said directly, without vague formulations. Duel's math is honest, payouts are fast, rakeback is the best on the market – all of this is true and all of it can be verified. And this does not negate what happens on their air. One does not justify the other, and you will have to decide whether you are willing to bring money to a platform with such a public presentation.

The 3:2 payout deserves special mention. In land-based casinos, it has been massively replaced by 6:5 — a change that looks cosmetic, but in reality takes away about 1.4% of the return from the player. A full three to two is a rarity today, and Duel maintains it.
