Withdrawing Funds from Duel and the Question of Verification

Payout speed is the only thing where even critics almost don't argue with Duel. Crypto withdrawals are processed automatically: no queue, no manual verification, no "your application is under review."

Let's analyze how much this corresponds to what is stated, and where the caveat is hidden in this structure.

How long does a withdrawal actually take

Parameter Value
Application processing automatic, no manual verification
Typical time to wallet less than a minute
Median according to their statistics less than three minutes
Share of payouts faster than this threshold 73%
Platform commission for withdrawal none
Network commission according to blockchain tariff

To this is added the network's own time. For Litecoin or Tron, confirmation takes minutes; for Bitcoin, under load, it can take an hour or more. This does not depend on the casino at all – the money has already been sent, the rest is up to the blockchain. It is checked by the transaction hash in a second.

For comparison: Stake regulations state "usually less than half an hour, sometimes up to three business days." The difference is significant, and it is explained by the absence of a manual stage.

About "casinos without KYC"

This is Duel's main advertising thesis, and it needs to be carefully examined, because the wording in the advertisement and the wording in the agreement are different.

What is true in practice. During normal play, verification is not required for deposit, play, or withdrawal. Most players do not send documents at all.

What is written in the user agreement. Literally: the platform reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, and in case of refusal or failure to provide documents, it is not responsible for the loss of access to funds.

That is, there is no promise of "we will never ask" and there cannot be – no licensed platform can give such a promise, because it is bound by anti-money laundering requirements.

When verification is still triggered

Based on a combination of sources and the logic of AML procedures, it is triggered in several scenarios.

Large sums. A threshold of about two thousand dollars per day is usually mentioned, after which the automatic system may request documents. The threshold is not published and may change.

Automatic risk flags. IP mismatch with the specified country, VPN with jumps through blacklisted jurisdictions, receipts from wallets associated with mixers. All this is caught on the payment circuit side, not by a person.

Suspicion of an underage player. The age threshold is 18, and if in doubt, the platform is obliged to check.

Violation of rules. Multi-accounts, bonus abuse, attempts to exploit errors. Here, verification is already secondary – the agreement directly allows transactions to be canceled and accounts to be closed.

The practical conclusion is simple: if you plan to withdraw significant amounts, keep your documents ready. Not because they will necessarily be asked for, but because dealing with this at the moment when money is already needed is more expensive.

Limits

The platform does not declare separate strict withdrawal limits, but higher loyalty program levels provide increased limits by default. That is, there is a basic limit, it's just not advertised, and it's higher for higher statuses.

This is a standard industry practice, and it's not the same as "no limits."

If a withdrawal is stuck

The procedure is the same for any platform, but here it is shorter than usual, because there is no manual stage.

First, check if the transaction has a hash. If it does, the money has been sent, and the issue is with the network, not the casino. The hash can be checked in any blockchain explorer in a second, and it will show the number of confirmations.

If there is no hash, but the request is pending, it almost certainly means a verification request has been triggered. Check the documents section in your profile and your email.

Next — support. And only then, if nothing has moved, the regulator: disputes under this license are handled by the Anjouan gaming administration, and the procedure there is noticeably weaker than in Curacao, not to mention Malta.

What to be wary of

The main risk here is not in speed or verification, but in the age of the platform. Duel has been operating since July 2025. It does not yet have a long history of payouts that could be verified over several years.

Fast withdrawals today say nothing about withdrawals a year from now. This applies to any young project, and
